| Cooking Instructions | Heat oven to 350˚ F. Adjust oven rack to middle position. Add 1 t BUTTER or OLIVE OIL to coat 8” or 9” round cake pan. Heat 2 C HOT WATER in teapot or in microwave until steaming. Soak POTATOES (included) in HOT WATER for 10 minutes; drain. While potatoes are soaking, in large bowl combine SEASONING MIX (included) with 5 EGGS plus 4 EGG WHITES (½ cup) (or 8 whole EGGS total) and ⅔ C SKIM MILK. Drain SMOKED SALMON (included) and set aside. Add soaked POTATOES to egg mixture in bowl. Pour egg mixture into cake pan. “Dot” top of egg mixture with 1 tsp. scoops of CREAM CHEESE. Add small pieces of SMOKED SALMON to top of egg mixture. Place pan in center of oven and bake for 25 minutes or until firm. |
