| Cooking Instructions | 1. Heat 1 T OLIVE OIL in large skillet over medium heat. 2. Add 1 lb. GROUND TURKEY (or beef) to saucepan and cook until no pink remains, stirring occasionally, approx. 8 mins. Remove pan from heat and drain any remaining fat from pan. 3. Add SPICE MIX (included), CRUSHED TOMATOES, and 3 cups WATER to skillet, return to high heat, and stir until well incorporated. 4. Add PASTA (included), stir, and reduce to simmer over medium-low heat. 5. Cover skillet and continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender (approximately 20 minutes). 6. Remove from heat and sprinkle with PARMESAN CHEESE (included); cover for 1 minute until cheese is melted. 7. Optional: dot with tablespoons of RICOTTA CHEESE, cover, and let stand for 5 minutes. |
