To make this dinner, just brown the chicken, toss in the shrimp and sausage, and add a can of tomatoes to our rice and seasoning mix. Simmer for 20 minutes. No hunting for ingredients, no measuring, and no chopping-- everything has been done for you. If your tastes are adventurous, try this with a spicy andouille sausage; if you prefer the mild side, go for a chicken sausage. The chicken and shrimp lend great flavor and texture to this dish, but it holds its own without either.
