Never really liked the typical meatloaf except moms and I have to say that this one is a keeper. It has my husbands stamp of approval as well. Very easy to make. The only drawback is that you have to wait for it to cook for over an hour. Definitely will be getting this again. (Posted on 3/11/09)

The prep time was fast although the bake time was an hour I wasn't stuck in the kitchen cooking. I've never had turkey meatloaf before but it was great. I will certainly keep this meal kit on the shelf for a easy dinner. (Posted on 12/27/08)
