Though only half my family enjoyed this new take on mom's traditional meatloaf, I thought it was fabulous! And I loved how easy it was to make. I wanted to switch from ground beef to turkey for a meatloaf but wasn't sure how to do it. This was the perfect recipe to use ground turkey. Yum! (Posted on 8/13/09)

I used lean ground turkey and it was delicious. For an absolutely wonderful sandwich, I sliced left over meatloaf and served in pita bread with a touch of mustard. Really good sandwich! The rice dish that comes along with the meatloaf ingredients is really good too. I'll be ordering more of this item. (Posted on 6/16/09)

moist, tasty. made 2 loaves for me, 1 lb. each. pineapple would normally turn my family away, but the flavors just melded very well. not pineapple-y at all. highly reccomned. (Posted on 5/7/09)
