Featuring a great smoked salmon and all the spices needed to make this Italian-style dish, it's perfect for a great breakfast or lazy brunch.

This frittata is loaded with Omega-3 fatty acids to give your heart a healthy jump start. It is also packed with Astaxanthin, a newly discovered antioxidant that offers a number of benefits including relief of joint pain, anti-inflammatory benefits, and support for protection from heart disease.

To make this great tasting frittata, just combine our bag of specially blended mix with a can of smoked salmon, eggs, skim milk and light cream cheese (from your kitchen).

Meal Kit Contents: 1 package of diced potatoes and 1 package of spice mix that includes tomatoes, bell peppers, sea salt, garlic, black pepper, basil and rosemary.

You Provide: 6 oz smoked salmon, 8 eggs, 2/3 cup skim milk, 4 oz cream cheese.

Meal Kit Ingredients Dehydrated Potatoes, Dehydrated Tomatoes, Dehydrated Onions, Dehydrated Bell Peppers Sea Salt, Garlic Powder, Dried Basil, Black Pepper, Dried Rosemary, Crushed Red Pepper.
Groceries Needed: 1 can (6-7 oz) smoked salmon, 5 eggs, 1/2 cup egg sub., 2/3 C skim milk, 4 oz cream cheese

Cooking Instructions Heat oven to 350˚ F. Adjust oven rack to middle position. Add 1 t BUTTER or OLIVE OIL to coat 8” or 9” round cake pan. Heat 2 C HOT WATER in teapot or in microwave until steaming. Soak POTATOES (included) in HOT WATER for 10 minutes; drain. While potatoes are soaking, in large bowl combine SEASONING MIX (included) with 5 EGGS plus 4 EGG WHITES (½ cup) (or 8 whole EGGS total) and ⅔ C SKIM MILK. Drain SMOKED SALMON and set aside. Add soaked POTATOES to egg mixture in bowl. Pour egg mixture into cake pan. “Dot” top of egg mixture with 1 tsp. scoops of CREAM CHEESE. Add small pieces of SMOKED SALMON to top of egg mixture. Place pan in center of oven and bake for 25 minutes or until firm.
