Even if seafood isn't usually a favorite, we are sure you will enjoy this meal. Tilapia is a mild yet savory fish that can be complimented by a variety of sides. We have combined for you a wonderful array of vegetables including tomatoes, peppers, and celery as topping to this versatile fish. As it bakes, the Tilapia absorbs the flavors of this vegetable medley. The fresh taste of vegetables melds into this sweet tasting fish, served with a side of brown rice with mirepoix, guaranteeing great flavor, and pure satisfaction!
To Make:
Simply mix spice pack (included) with boiling water and let stand for 10 minutes, then add 1 can of diced tomatoes (included), spoon over tilapia, and bake 15-20 minutes.
Meal Kit Contents: 1 bag of spice mix, 1 can diced tomatoes, and 1 bag of brown rice with vegetables.
