I loved making this dish, it was easy and healthy too. My husband liked it and even ate the leftovers. I made the mistake of putting a lid on the rice even though the directions didn't say to and realized that it was a misake so I had to cook it a bit longer to cook off the water.Ease of Use Nutritional Quality Taste Value

I used boneless chicken thighs instead of turkey or chicken breasts. Very good flavor, and very easy to fix. For large people, it is about 3 servings. (Posted on December 25, 2009)Taste Value Ease of Use Nutritional Quality
